General Return & Exchange Guidelines
IntimiLife wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offers a 30-day return or exchange policy on most items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-returnable Products:

Products that have been used or opened for hygiene and safety reasons

Opened underwear or lubricants

Items received more than 30 days ago
Please note that some products may have minor sounds or vibrations that are considered normal.
Quality Assurance:
We guarantee all products are new, unused, and in perfect condition when shipped.
We do not send products that have been used or opened by other customers.
Returns & Exchanges Process:
Please contact our customer service first: support@intimilife.com. We will provide the return address.
Include your order number, email, and reason for return/exchange on the return note and ship it with your items.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-7 business days after we receive your parcel.
Do not return items directly without contacting us first to avoid unnecessary issues.
Return shipping costs, including customs clearance, should be covered by the customer.

Exchange Requirements:

Unshipped orders: Contact customer service to replace the product.

Shipped orders: Products must meet the return standards; contact customer service for the return address.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and confirm the returned item. Refunds will go back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (PayPal usually 24 hours, credit cards 7-15 business days).
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping, taxes, and insurance are non-refundable.
IntimiLife is not responsible for any return or exchange costs.
