We ship IntimiLife orders in plain, discreet packaging without product descriptions on the outside.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1-5 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Estimated delivery

• United States: approximately 7-15 business days after dispatch.
• Other supported destinations: approximately 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs reviews, carrier delays, severe weather, and address issues may extend delivery time.

Shipping charges

Orders of $59 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Any available shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Address changes

Check your delivery address before placing the order. Contact support@intimilife.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.
